Not to beat a dead horse.....

The 12m siphon is $1.40 of shareholders cash per share!   I have no trouble with bonus plans as long as they are transparent and apporved by independent directors.   

For a company with a share price of approx. $8 currently to give almost 20% of the company's value to management in cash????
