On when the deal will close with hecla. will the spin out of cad assets take time?

The news feed stated the Canadian assets would be spun out by the end of the second quarter once all the approvals go through. It also named John Antwi as CEO of the Canadian company. The company was advertising a site mgt position and CFO position. This asset continues to be severely mis-managed. The CEO needs to get new blood in there or failure is what you can expect ...more

I don't find on the Klondex website any release or mention of Mr. Antwi as the CEO of the remainder operations in Canada. Would you please assist with a LINK or describe where I might look. Thanks. Here's hoping there is some reasonable value up there. Perhaps the roll-up in Nevada would have ultimately worked out, but when Mr. Market sours on senior managemnt you have an uphill climb.
