My plan is to vote for hecla shares. Its a bit of a gamble but it looks like we may get a decent run out of gold / silver and I figure there is going to be quite a bit of lag between voting and actually getting the new shares. Additonally the strike could end and should give hecla a boost. That being said I'm not a huge fan of the company and likely would not want to hold long term. Did you

Yes. Got info detailing 3 options with the default being combination of cash, lesser shares of Hecla and small amount of spinoff

Did your come in the mail with the same vote regarding the sale as well as the annual report or seperately? My wife and I are both invested in Klondex and neither of us recieved it yet. Going on vacation for 3 weeks as well too.

The offer options went to my online broker and they ask me to select which option. The table below shows the neutral position when the offer was made in March. The HL need to rise from current mv to make shares attractive. But a lot can happen between making the election and the share / cash pay date, which is ????? Offer terms Klondex Shares option 1
