LNG Partner - (Oak is a good Candidate)
Oak has 300 sections of Montney gas with Liquids, that could provide a highly economic feed stock for LNG and sell off the highly valued Liquids stream.
A Gas Marketing / LNG investment type company may be the perfect partner for Oak/Kelt. Really Oak is a massive and largely undeveloped resource.
My guess is the reason DW wants to get going on Oak is not because he wants to produce cheap gas, but he wants to establish a resource to attach an LNG partner that will invest in the development of these massive prospect.
Kelt is a small enough company with that owns and controls a large resource that is a compelling business opportunity to a major LNG Play, or Aboriginal Group. There is likely 50 years of resource at Oak.
