20 Percent of Charlie Lake Lands

20 Percent of Charlie Lake LandsKelts Charlie Lake lands represent about 88,000 net acreas of land, a really great footprint.

At Wembley 16,000 net Acres or Charlie lake complement the Wembley Pipestone play in a magnificant way.

These Charlie lake wells have a history of coming on big and producing more than 70% liquids, mostly oil.

This makes one of best Montney play in development, simply better.

The Charlie lake being a stacked zone improves the economics to development, it also adds a ton of additional resouce to the already resouce rich Wembley Resource play area, and allow some balancing or mix of production profiles to take place.

Wembley/Charlie Lake has no resource attributed to it, so there is a lot of upside regarding reserves, and I believe it could be a good tuck in acquisiton for someone like Advantage, or TVE.

Kelt is just dripping in value and 2024 will be the year of tremendous capital appreciation.
