What's different this time though is Wilson SOLD their best asset and half their production at the TROUGH of the market. Just think where they'd be now with all that production and that asset. Kelt had it's day, but it's come and gone.

It's called monetization, and the best way for a company to quickly and significantly adjust their books, freeing up capital or credit. It's all done with the intent to diploy funds at the right time to expand. Re-read the presentation if you've forgotten Kelts strategy. They aren't constantly issuing shares to raise money and diluting value, and they aren't adding debt to grow ...more

On paper, the great cheadle is correct.  In reality, we don't know. DW has significant ownership of the company, he's been in the business for a long time - successfully so I might add -  he must have his reasons why he sold Inga/Fireweed.  Unfortunately, the market rewards short-term "results" (ie boepd) at the expense of long term intrinsic value.  All we ...more
