Why does Kelt trade at such a high valuation relative to the value of their NAV (PDP, TP, TPP)?  In comparison, many oil and gas companies have an enterprse value far less than NAV.  In Kelt overpirced in comparison?

Kelt 2020 PDP was 29M barrels, 27 wells are being drilled or brought on line in 2021... Q1 netback was $17.67 so the value of 2021 PDP looks promising (no comment on 2P...).  But mainly this is a long term play based on land development.  Btw, not pumping Kelt's tires, its been a disappointing stock relative to its peers (for example, a few months ago you could buy 2 NVA shares with ...more
