Kelt's share price would be $5.58 if it had increased as 6 "peer" companies did on average. By "peer" I am referring to Paramount, Advantage, Birchcliff, Crew, Nuvista and Pipestone.

when whoever is holding the large short position in Kelt decides to cover, the stock will catch up quickly to the others i believe. Until then more chop.

Paramount hit a 10 bagger from its lows a year ago. Nuvista is smoking, its bullboard is celebrating like a Stanley cup win, placing music videos, acting like someone who just won a lottery. Everyone is placing links with brokers upgrades and forecasts of $100 oil. Scary. Taking some off the table and adding more underperforming KEL and some other names. But it is scary when everything seems so ...more

Too late for me to invest in the aforementioned basket.  I see my options with Kelt shares as being a) stay put, b) go to cash or c) invest in drillers. Economy can't afford $100 WTI, too inflationary...  Months ago Pioneer CEO made a compelling argument why WTI had to stay between $50 and $70.  Also if producers drill (and hedge - that seems to be the playbook - let WTI go up ...more

Maybe the f@cktards in charge of carbon taxes, climate action and the like should have thought of the potential damage to the economy beofore they started blocking and shutting down various energy projects without a reliable alternative in place.
