Entry Point on KELT

I have always been a fan of KELT; never had the timing of funds or holdings to pick it up. Looking for a postion for the next 2-3 years. Any takes on timing, price. Seems like it has lagged CR and BIR which i hold; and the TGC knows me from the CR board. Feels like this will be a stock to ride with in 2nd half 2021. Any thoughts? TD12
