Wembley is worth more than Kelts Market Cap
Everything else is free.
It is hard to put a value on the work that in involved in establishing a new play, because it is usually not highly documentated, it takes many years of research, and some luck in getting resonable enough results and the capital to pursue the play futher.
Kelt is held pretty tightly, and yesterday on a blip of 1 million shares it gained 10% in value.
No one is going to be able to make a offer for Kelt, and get all the assets in the company. These are not your typical postage stamp play areas, and kelt has added a lot of value to them through a careful approach.
I am really expecting a $10 dollar stock a year from now, so it doesn't matter this day to day stuff that goes on, i will be here next Jan waiting for them to turn on the Wembley pads, and watch an immediate double in the share price.
IMHO

feeling like yesterdays big move might have just short covering.
