Wembley is worth more than the share price

It is.

They should take out some debt in 2025 or use cash flow to partially own a 49% plant to further expand Wembley to 40k BPD over x years.

If not that, they should build their own plant at Oak.  Oak costs need to be as low as possible to compete on the nat gas stage with Tou, Advantage and Peyto.

They can get this done.

What are the returns on Oak wells right now given commodity prices, 2+ years?

Last year OAK produced almost 4,500 boe/day. Oak Netbacks = $18.91 (in 2023 a pretty low price for gas) Oak Performance 2023 Link IMHO
