Maybe DW oughta up their pay a bit more....so this "might (ya, not likely) stop." I guess they all don't beleive in the long game as much as our freind Honey Bear......
Odd how they always seem to get near the top too....then they should I suppose...as they should know what it is truly worth!!!

8,000 shares is not much he owns 206,000 shares, and about 500,000 options of diffent forms. He likely needs a few buck for summer holidays. He sold them on June 3, 2024. I really don't see this options sales as material.  IMHO

Way overdone, we talking about 50K in stock on a 1.2 Billion dollar company.  This guy is in control of 500,000 shares, and in is an insider. I am glad they are not evaporating capital on share buybacks.  IMHO

Insiders hate buybacks, dilutes the option game/upside...the game here is to outguess the Insiders...check the charts!MHP, Remove your blinders to the obvious

Buybacks are for companies like TVE, CPG, BTE where management has issued and ungodly number of shares, and need to undo their wrong doing. I think the key metric to think about here is NAV $22.75 a share fully dilluted.  On one hand people complain about Liquidity, and in the next sentence they say we should be buying back shares. This does not sound rational to me. They are helping the ...more
