8,000 shares is not much he owns 206,000 shares, and about 500,000 options of diffent forms. He likely needs a few buck for summer holidays. He sold them on June 3, 2024. I really don't see this options sales as material. IMHO

It would be better if they compensated by buying back an equivalent # of shares quarterly imo. Also it does affect price on the moment on buy and sell (experienced many times) due to lack of liquidity. But immaterial overall ImO.

Way overdone, we talking about 50K in stock on a 1.2 Billion dollar company. This guy is in control of 500,000 shares, and in is an insider. I am glad they are not evaporating capital on share buybacks. IMHO

Insiders hate buybacks, dilutes the option game/upside...the game here is to outguess the Insiders...check the charts!MHP, Remove your blinders to the obvious
