Sell more the day vested (sub $3.00) at market? or wait like they prefer non insiders do for another year or so? Time will tell..the beta on this stock is too low

Well we traded 500,000 shares on friday according to TD. If insiders sell 5,000 shares, i just don't think it is material. MHP IMHO
