This is essentially what was disclosed a month ago, if you look at the CVS Albright hiring board many of the positions for the new gas plant have been filled.  A good time to get out of the stock if you want to do so at the bottom of the cycle.  They do show concern regarding shut in of wells lowering the oil ratio because of gas processing outages.  They say 26 wells will be
