Oak - Underrated Value

It won't show up on FCF but just pull up a chart of the BC Montney.

 

Oak is the last major block that is not owned by a 10B + company.

 

200k acres..

i get what you are saying so why is the stock stuck at 6 dollars for the past eight months or so i mean if things are that great would this stock not be 8 dollars as it was last november

Market is not that efficient.  If it was, there would never be 70% buyouts.

Notwithstanding low station2 NG prices, Oak is promising for sure. Good liquids. Canada LNG might boost NG prices. However, according to Kelt's map, 170,000 acres or so of Oak has had 4 wells drilled.  Rest of the drilling (22 wells?) has been in a 23,000 acre sector (36 square miles). It seems it will take years perhaps a decade and a lot of $$$ to delineate and develop Oak in its ...more
