1.  Sell Alberta Montney (Wembley) for $1.2B+.  Pay shareholders a tax free distribution AND build a full plant at Oak.

 

2.  Less likely - Sell Oak - Build a Plant at Wembley, Grow to 60k+ Per day At Wembley.
