Kelt has many things material happening....

Base Processing Restored (Wembley/Pipestone)

Kelt for a significant amount of time, had impaired gas processing at Wembley/Pipestone. Currently Kelt has the most base gas processing it has had for quite some time (Maybe a Year)

Pad Results (Wembley/Pipestone)

2024 Development Program: 14-2 pad → 6 wells 14-9 pad → 5 wells 14-26 → 3 wells

14-2 pad → 6 wells
Kelt has never had a six well production, it will be exciting to see the economics at                                 Wembley/Pipestone for the drilling costs for a 6 well pad, and pad production volumes.

North Pouce Coupe Battery
The completion of Charlie Lake DUCS and additional Charlie Lake production.

Spirit River Charlie Lake
There are six Charlie Lake wells coming on stream between now and year end.

CVS Albright Gas Plant
This plant should start up in the 4th quarter adding 50 MMcf of process and associated                       liquids.

Here are a few events, anyone on its own does have a major impact on production and economics of production.

Kelt is off to the races.

No dry gas shutin here.

MHP repeatedly boasts "Kelt has the best management in oil and gas" Homeruns in all they do I question how sustainable Kelt will be in any sustained downtrend,..further dilution to Mgmnt while they borrow to drill currently questionable economic wells to hold the"next really big play" then sell at a premium to a larger competitor with infrastructure/marketing contracts ...more

12 million options 6.1% of float Lind So for all the people talking about option farming, companies can issue options up to 10% of the companies float. Kelt has issues 12 million options, 6.1% of the companies fully diluted float. The average exercise price of options to date has been $4.30, which put a lot of cash on the balance sheet when they exercise.  Other company have option plans ...more

KEL a 1 year share price rise of -12%. "Kelt does not buyback shares so what you see is what you get."  And what you get is nothing.  Actually at -12% you get less than nothing. And for that Kel's management is only raping you for 6% of performance options bonuses. LOL Now,  would you give them 4% more bonus options for a +6% 1 year share price rise and a 3% annual ...more
