The only issue is the BC, it is not the same friendly enviroment for energy as Alberta.  Often times projects get delayed, it can be slow to get drilling licenses, and you have to grease some palms to get things done, approvals, hiring practices, council concerns.  My guess is that Wembley could fetch a pretty good number all buy itself, leaving a lot of cash flowing land in Alberta ...more

No home runs in BC for small to mid. Couple strikeouts, a single, a double and a triple AFAIK. Lots of home runs, grand slams and Hall of Famers in Alberta.
