Alarming Stock Drop

Disney’s Board of Directors changed their CEO in light of their stock falling 41% this year. That is a responsible Board! The Kelso Board of Directors, on the other hand, is failing everyone! This year our stock has lost 60% of its value and the picture is even worse for the last two years where Kelso stock is off 81%! Where is the Board!!! How bad does it have to get before the Board does its job? They need to man up and do the right thing, remove a totally ineffective CEO who seems to be driving the company into failure!!!

Onewkn...you don't get it bud. Why would the board care to make a change.? They don't do anything, they're not expected to work, think, take action, perform. They all have successful, full time jobs and have to do NOTHING as a Kelso board member.....except receive free stock, options, warrants and oh ya, sell shares occasionally for their free money.
