Insiders exercising warrents at .70

The warrents insiders have from the recent fundraising are being exercised at .70. Strong show of confidence to see the board exercising warrents so early...this is a very good signal about the state of affairs...

Warrents ARE being exercised. They type of shares acquired are warrents and they only report to sedi when exercised.

Iscfa... you were right!....sorry my bad... learned something new...exercise of warrent is code 54. Correction; INSIDERS HAVE NOT exercised warrents at 70. They just received code 15. Sorry guys!!!

Not to worry alley.  Insiders / deep pockets have not exercised their warrants YET.   lol Once the share price climbs into the .70’s and higher, there will be more appetite for converting their warrants. One fact that can not be ignored is that anyone holding warrants from the recent financing, bought their shares at .58 cents which is a premium to what LABS shares are ...more
