Subaru1...ever hear of the fox guarding the chicken coup?

You brought up a good point in discussion with the manipulation and why there are still 1 million shares short.   The fox is the house that has the odds in it's favor when it comes to their fat chickens, their high net worth clients.  The fox makes money from the fat chickens and keeps them nice and comfy such as collaring the stock price on LABS and other stocks as well.   But the fox, in this example lets give the fox a name, VIRTU ITG Financial, has it's own in house accounts.  Recall what I shared about JP Morgan being find $100 million (after making $billions during the dot.com boom and bust) and that fox ate very well from all the fat and dumb chickens it was supposed to guarding because JP Morgan was pumping worthless dot.com stocks to their clients AFTER the "house" bought all those stocks dirt cheap.   Then when the bubble burst in the dot.com era, that very smart fox had already short positions against their very own clients dumb fat chickens long accounts.  The house never loses.   So it could be a repeat of history in a way, where the fox fully knows the unlocked value in LABS and has taken up a large position in it but in their own in house accounts while their fat dumb chicken high net worth clients are enjoying their winnings on paper because there are still 1 million shares short in LABS if not more.

Like my old friend Lenape once said, they'll sell your mother to make 5 cents profit and give you a penny back with a smile.

The very wealthy ripped off the middle class in the U.S. and they called it the 2008 financial crisis because the bubble, there's that word, in the housing market burst.   You have to be creative and when you can't rip off the middle class anymore, you look at those high net worth clients as dumb fat chickens while the fox guards the chicken coup.

That is what is happening with the collaring on LABS stock and why there are still so many shares shorted.

Thank you Athea for confirming this post...she knows a lot of things, she's a very smart cookie and has a lot of very very smart friends all over the world.

please do the math on this 1 mill shares shorted if it goes to 0 they stand to make a whopping $80000 do you really think thats whats happening here????? a big criminal stock manipulation entety like virtue would bother with LABS, again you need volume stocks to make anything happen one way or the other  nevermind the fact that there are 390 mill shares out there so a short position of 1 ...more

What if they shorted the stock from $6 and is only maybe one of 5 to 10 stocks in their overall basket.  I merely proposed an explanation to Subaru1 of the type of dealings that go on behind the scenes.  I was part of the class action suit against J.P. Morgan...a whopping 10 cents on the dollar at best so their fines merely paid for a license that made them billions.    I ...more

Manipulation like this is only one thing...accumulation...seen it before with Morgan Stanley...they did it openly...end of day dumping with big Net accumulation..ITG is selling end of day but don't forget institutional investors are afforded "anonymous" cover....ITG could be one of the anonymous buyers who then shed annonimity on the sell..zero enforcement on this type of behaviour ...more

You and me both brother.  We have a winner in the making and agree...the 'wash trading' IS a bullish indicator.   When I started writing the post regarding 'fox guarding the chicken coup', Athea quickly lit up my smart to confirm my thoughts.   She has a lot of friends and her friends are my friends, I love them all dearly, like an extended family and it is ...more

I agree with your point re shorts that not much money to be made if LABS is going down to zero.  However, the fact is that that amount is still there. It is more likely that it is for psycological matter than for profit matter. Put this way, a red colour price on stockwatch (as an example), existance of the short position, negative chat on boards... What else do you need to make weak hands to ...more

dont you think that anyone that bought LABS at anything over a $1.00 has already capitulated a long time ago. They were going ton sell it woud have happend already. we have been trading at these levels for quite some time now so anyone that has bought inthe last year or so has been pretty much even and bought in because of LABS potential going forward. I eas a VIVO shareholder that was converted ...more
