Lets hope Medipharms mystery partner named as a defendant

in the Epidiolex lawsuit is relying on scientific arguments to produce generic Epidiolex, and not technicalities like number of employees GW had when filing for patents.

SEDDS technology, an entirely "NEW" drug that happens to be an alternative for Epidiolex. Even the composition of the base mixture is different from a different more effective strain of cannabis plant. It's clear sailing.
