Hidden Gem

With the bullboard of Loncor being so quiet it, it seems that Loncor hasnt struck alot of new interest in their stock. Could it be that the market is waiting on drill results from Barrick? Or increasing our own current resource estimate with the drill. Time will tell.

What do you think of the recent drill results? Pretty underwhelming if you ask me. $70million market cap is a very fair valuation for an junior explorer. They do have the potential to be swallowed up by Barrick. IF, that is, they can find something more worthwile. There are also certain members who have a history with Banro, a company that wiped out shareholder value in a bankruptcy that saw the ...more

No doubt there is risk. One thing I like about Loncor is that they aren't just relying on Barrick. Barrick partnership is basically a free ride. Get to tag along and they have upside with little downside. Sure beats trying to drill and develop multiple different areas. They do have a project of their own they are working at building resource numbers. Trouble is we need the drills turning and ...more

Seems like there is more downside at this point and I should have maybe sold at 0.84. Gold is on it's way down, with vaccines and a status quo president elected. Plenty of money sloshing around and the stage is set for boom this coming decade. The upside is baked into the stock price. Loncor does have some high potential properties, guaranteed to have some nice deposits. But I don't fully ...more
