Five Related Events That presage Asset Spinout

Too many advanced properties to adequately explore and develop.

Tremendous value that can only be unlocked by spinning out those assets  into a  new publicly listed company.

Three of those trigger points have very  recently happened.

The other two events are in process and due to happen in the very near future.

Two of these three that have just  happened are obvious...

If you want to add one more theory you could say that a proposed spin out would help speed up any warrants that are outstanding that are in the money. I think last half warrants issued on the latest pp are currently at $0.75. This would be good to bring in some extra cash for continued drilling as if there is a spin out.

Thank you. I was not aware that there were outstanding warrants. All to the good as those will pay for seed money as working capital for the spinout. I have no doubt that including those obvious asset spin outs that the consolidated value will easily exceed $5 per share..

There are 5 million warrants from the last financing that would be exercised at $0.75. This would give the company an additional $3,750,000 to work with. There are probably some more but I would have to do some digging to find out how many and at what price.

A total of 6,492,800 warrants are outstanding as of March 31st. 537,000 are at $0.61 and the rest of them are at $0.75. Expiring ranging from February 2022 to August 2022. The last ones issued at $0.75 were only good for 12 months.

Another event has been completed. The last one should be consummated by late June. Then, the PEA and that side stream consideration....
