What was the main benefit of the Temex acquisition last fall?

- Prospective Property(s)
- Acual Resources (ounces in the ground)
- Cash?

The main benefit of Temex is the Halnor mine wich has proven resources and past history wich had a cut off grade of 6 gpt...Halnor was the highest grade produced in the Timmins camp at average grade over 13 gpt. and this gives Lakeshore mine life and an easy increase in tonnage to the goal of 6,000 tpd....then there is the potential of gold on the large land position between both shafts bell creek ...more

Only ones in a lifetime you get the opportunity to buy your neighbor’s house… That a Dutch saying. And that is why LSG did buy Temex! Yes it has a proven resources and past history. And yes the price was reasonable. But the main reason was the offer from OBAN to buy TEMEX. I am sure LSG was not planning on spending money/shares on the acquisition of TEMEX at the beginning of 2015! It’s a nice ...more
