This company has really been sold off

From $14 down to $6.50 is horrible with 11 million shares shorted. I would like to buy but the chart scares me. I'll keep an eye on it and the minute that it looks like it might reverse course I might jump in.

Coins2paper My Personal view: dividende is good at almost 5%, shorts 11M are 1.4% of float (not so bad and I would say it's low) , PE 6. PB ratio 0.895, copper should stay firm on price; graphically a cup & handle in preparation could bring price around 9$ this fall, insiders seem to accumulate. Got in lately at 6.90 & 7.16$ Objective 9.50$ then to review.
