They are adding 3.5 million shares to 100 million.  The dilution is negligible in my eyes. I am perplexed why they need to raise 60 million when they already have ~60 million in the bank and no debt.  All of the stated expenditures are already covered.  Something doesn't add up.  Are they planning a major acquisition?  A war chest of 120 million gives them a lot of ...more

There are two mining conferences in Vancouver 27-30.  Deals are made at such conferences.  MAG is now flush with cash. There are significant tax breaks involved in Canadian flow through financings.  $23.75 CAD is what MAG got.   Once you facter in the tax breaks the brokers paid considerably less than $23.75.  They are still in the black.

I feel the same way as you do Retirefgeo they should all be fired that could be a little Harsh but they are slowly killing Mags share price,the beauty of Mag has always been a great over the top property and a low share float why they need money when they have lots 60 mill US give or take and it will be and is rolling in none stop now they have no debt what the heck is going on. It looks like they need money now and lots of it.  Why?  An acquisition is the only thing that makes sense to me. I suspect that there is something big in the works.  Stay tuned.
