Received this ... thought I would pass it on.

Hello,
I just thought it worth highlighting two positive pieces of news from Marimaca Copper this week - 1. IP results over the initial Marimaca deposit, and 2. Clive Newall joining the Company's board.
1. Induced polarization (IP) - the survey results for the Marimaca deposit were highly encouraging. In a nutshell the main takeaway was that an "Extensive high chargeability anomaly was identified, indicating widespread presence of sulphide mineralization below the Marimaca Oxide Deposit. The possible sulphide extension to the defined oxide deposit will be one of the main focuses for the upcoming exploration program ... so this is very positive. The survey has also further enhanced the team's understanding of the regional structural controls, and effectively adds yet another layer of confirmatory data to their geological knowledge.
2. Clive Newall - the announcement of Clive Newall joining the board should not be underestimated. This is an amazing addition and a huge endorsement for the Company. Mr Newall through his role as co-founder and President of First Quantum Minerals, is one of the most respected names in the copper industry. He and his team built First Quantum from a micro-cap company into a $17bn industry leader. I suspect his appointment will further help in bringing the markets attention to Marimaca's high quality asset base. See below for the full news release, but I thought Mr Newall's quote read very well:
“Having followed Marimaca Copper’s progress over the years I am delighted to be joining the board. First Quantum was founded on a small but high-quality asset, which created the foundation for our team to build a globally significant copper producer. The Marimaca Oxide Deposit also appears to be a unique and high-quality asset in a fantastic jurisdiction, and I am excited by its potential to become the cornerstone for Marimaca Copper to build its own copper story.”
