Cheap share

I was speaking with Woodman a.k.a Funnyman this morning and he brought up a very good point which I also beleive to be true. Greenstone and affiliates have zero interest in seeing this stock price rise, the lower the daily trading value the cheaper they continue to aquire shares. After the first PP Hayden repeatedly said we are financed for the year to include the drilling of Marimaca, Mercedes and Cindy. These assets should have been drilled adding value to the SP then further financing.

We are undoubtedly at the forefront of a bull copper market with the only copper discovery globally in five years. I don't beleive for one second Marimaca could and cannot find other investors at a higher value. We've been told by the company over and over how the SP is undervalued based on the PEA and NPV8 with copper valued at $3.15 yet they continue to dilute at bargin prices.

By the time tbjs is all said and done we will have over 200mil shares issued!

Not sure I buy into that theory.  If that had been the case Greenstone would not have allowed anyone else to participate in the previous financings.  They could have advanced all the money themselves and eventually moved to take the company private. You have to remember the compay needed about another 20mil US to make option payments by the end of the year.  Now we have that money ...more

Unless I've missed something we've only been included in one financing and I don't think going private is an easy thing to do. Now with that said I sure hope your right, I want to beleive in the merrits of the company however with some of their moves and timing I have to wonder.

We were allowed in on at least 3 I think. The owners actually took care of the minority holders on the $1.25 which was 5 cents pre split price.  Only existing holders could participate and any holder that didn’t then the owners were glad to take those shares. The only reason I can come up with why the share price isn’t doing squat with the recent news is. The employee options could be due so ...more

The new buyer is not related to the company or its major shareholders. But they are a great group to have on the register. I think its easy to bash Greenstone and the Management but none of them are selling shares. They are not perfect but the Company has made real progress over the last 12 months. The sellers are surely retail guys who have made a nice profit and are moving on. Frustrating but ...more

Copper sulfide ores are typically the most profitable copper ore type to mine. That is because they have high copper content, and the copper in them can more easily be separated from unwanted minerals. However, copper oxide ores have an advantage in that they are more abundant.

But why the conspiracies? If GS wanted to keep all the share to themselves why allow another 10% shareholder onto the register? AND after that capital raising, why did they then not take up all their rights? Sorry, it makes zero.  The wider market has always been behind the curve on this asset. They still are. But feels like they are slowly catching.
