Looks like the warrant early exercise program is a go.

Can you please explain what this is all about? I couldn't quite understand the info in the news release.

Greenstone has warrants which expire Dec 3 this year at a price of 4.10. If the share price hits 4.75 by September 3, Greenstone can excersize these warrants three months early. If they do they will receive more warrants at about 6 dollars. Pretty good deal for Greenstone.

I knew it. Unless I missd it. Where are the voting results for the new and improved warrants. I would take a wild guess and say that the secret major owner in the carribean wasn't in on the warrants back when they were issued so they would have easly passed this vote. Can anybody get the voting results for the warrants.
