Marimaca Share Structure

Anyone have current info on MARI share structure and ownership? the last info I have is from Dec 2921.

Outstanding shares: 88 M
Options and warrants: 19 M
Fully diluted shares: 107 M
Greenstone Resources LLP: 29%
Tembo Capital: 11.5 %
 Has any of this changed?
Are there any other major share holders?
Are the rest in retail hands

Trying to understand why the volume is so drastically low??

By my reckoning Greenstone controls 56%  They moved some shares to limited liability partners to reduce what they hold directly but they still control that much or more.  Tembo at 11%  Another 15% held by management and long-term investors that don't trade.  Means there is not much to trade.
