Capstone Copper has a current market cap of C$4.6bn. Capestone Copper own the Mantos Blancos mine which has 60ktpa of under utilised SX-EW capacity. There is even 20ktpa of sulphide processing capacity. Industrial logic for Capstone Copper to acquire Marimaca copper is compelling. Bidding war please

That is the logical option share + cash? Or shares? But we need to understand fully how much this project is worth. Capstone can permit themselves to overbid because the capex will be even lower for them utilizing the Mantos blancos plant. How much is Marimaca worth though? Sulphides oxides and al?
