What exactly is going on with sp? To me it's not obvious and it just looks like it's the end of the year and someone wants out and nobody is wanting or able to step in yet in as large amounts.

Don't get me wrong, I don't agree with the assessment the share price is mgmt's fault.

I've had brief contact with management, they suggested tax loss selling is pushing downward pressure on the stock and believe liquidity should dry up somewhere around Christmas. My understanding is they are doing what they can to stabilize the stock, I don't have any details though.  This stock clearly has a liquidy issue which is likely one of the reasons it seems to always trade
