Tembo sells and no insiders buying?

Could a capex opex blowout be coming in the dfs?  Great project right this Marimaca but major investor dumps their position and no one inside will buy a single share?  Not great optics and frankly a bit scary.  What do insiders know that is making them sell?  What do insiders know that's preventing them from buying?

So is what your saying is Mitsubishi and AIH made poor decisions? I'm pretty sure these guys crossed every t and dotted every i before writing cheques for $20m & $68m. Successful organizations don't throw money away, I'm thrilled and confident in the direction we're going!

Obviously you don't know the history on MAR.to which is now MARI.to. This is for the newbie’s. There is less than 10% shares in the public hands. There’s like 4 or so big boys. Tembro is one of them. They bought pre split in 2018 @ 5 cents and 2019 11.5 cents. After the reverse split the average cost would be $1.75 but that’s just a wild guess. The profits would be $2.75 X 9.4Mil   ...more

Management and the board should be sending a signal to the market that they think the share price is undervalued.  Not riding around on the company dime with money from raise after raise.  How can they have any crediting promoting the stock when no one in Management or on the board is willing to invest any of their own money?  No skin in the game.  Just a free ride on options ...more
