RE:Hefty premium on buyout for MAXR...It's intereesting to note that the agreemnet includes a 60-day "go-shop" period. Obviously, MAXR feels that the possibility exists for a better deal.

While I am certainly satisfied with the offered price, it's great to know that MAXR will seek out competing offers and possibly snag a higher offer for its shareholders.
