- MEG Energy MUST PROVIDE 160,000 barrels of ACCESS WESTERN BLEND (AWB) barrels to TMX Pipelines in Q1/2024 BEFORE they are CAPABLE of TRANSPORTING their CONTRACTED 20,000 bbls/d blended bitumen PIPELINE CAPACITY on the TMX pipeline
- TMX pipeline is 'PROJECTED' to START OPERATING in LATE Q1/2024
- @ 11/7/2023 WCS closing prices, that is ~ USD 8 million held as a LINEFILL ASSET on the books for the next 15 to 20 YEARS
- this is ~ 36+ HOURS OF BOP being produced right now {BOP @ 105,000 bbls/d}
