So What Happens???
I did not receive the final offer paperwork in the mail in the specified time to accept this offer. Does Panoramic get the project and Magma's assets, and those who did not have time to react lose out entirely?? Or do our shares get converted to Panoramic shares anyway??

Panoramic has acquired over 90% of the Magma shares and they indicate they will involuntarily acquire the remaining shares on the same exchange basis. I assume we will be notified by the broker holding our shares in due course. Let's hope for a positive result from this takeover. GLTA.
