Chinese Export Ban on Antimony

What does everyone think of the Chinese export ban on antimony? Antimony is now trading at a record high.  The mineral is considered strategic as it is used in defense and semiconductor applications, also building fire retarting materials. 

I know that Mandaly ships concentrate to China for refining, hopefully there are other refiners if needed down the road.
