Centamin takeover

Centamin have agreed to a 2.5 billion us dollar takeover. They are on track to produce 470k to 500k ounces of gold. Some people think the takeover is opportunistic . In 2 to 3 years mandalay are looking to produce 300k to 500k ounces of gold. Mandalay market cap is only 240 million us dollar. They operate in tier 1 jurisdictions. Methinks the share price is way way too cheap.
