Palfryville ... the point on marginal increase in shares isn't my point of contention. I don't know what you're in the market for but I've always strived to see the highest price appreciation possible for any stock I purchase. So ... trading at $1.25 to do a placement at $1.10 for instance is a f'ck of a lot better than the marginality argument in share count to do it at $0.70
