Freddie
Freddie, There was 409 pages of really positive information including the simple note under 25.15 but you weeded though and managed to find only negitive things to post....that must have been hard.
Either you are trying to keep the stock down by being negitive or you are simply one of those people that you can give a bar of gold to and they will complain that it is too heavey!!!!
Your concerns while valid, seem to be not really worth mentioning, after reading the report those wouldnt have even made my top 20:
1. Flood plain overlaps proposed infrastructure - it was noted that BP did not have an issue with under ground water while mining. that was likely memtioned as a engineering standard noting once in 100 year events.
2. tailings storage....they have two mine sites and kms worth land so i personally cant see this being an issue. again, this would rank fairly low on the mentionable list.
3. NPV.......I love that you memtioned this.....instead of posting about the discount rate of 5, 8 and 10% that were all based on a significantly lower gold, copper and silver price.....why not mention the what this is worth based on Spot!!!! we all know that the prices used in the discount modle were much lower that the current spot price.....Does $1.1 Billion ring a bell....Hmmmm
I am with Grimey I think this is going way higher!! we are trading at a crazy discount to NPV no matter how you calculate it.
Maybe you should get short given that you are so negitive about things.

Yep the current share price sucks but that is pretty much the call on all junior miners and majors for that matter. The good news is that this company is actually doing things to create value that will eventually create value. rewards far outweigh the risks identified. This is a junior miner. Always risks. big rewards here

" ... I like to jump straight to risks " Wow... I gotta say, I do not recall that being your thing. But yes, there are always risks, and it's best to understand them. SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opprtunities, Threats) is helpful. You have to balance them in making your bets. I think this one's a winner, myself.
