While this all sounds so good, my question is "Why?", at this stage. Do we have a 43-101 on St. Helena? Do we have a PEA on St. Helena? I thought Cabacal was supposed to be the mine! Is this not a major distraction? Why not develop the Cabacal resource and start that mine, then use that revenue to further explore additional mine opportunities? Aren't you tired of funds being raised

Meridian still doesn't hold 100% of the Cabacal option. Santa Helena is 100% a distraction and a necessary distraction because Cabacal excites nobody as evidenced by the stock price. Focus used to be ... do what is necessary to gain 100% of Cabacal as quickly as possible. Can't get there from here so yell "squirrel" at every convenience.

Just raised 16 million at 50 cents from people paid to manage money so I'll go with that over rants on this board.  and I would like to rant at the share price too but what's the point.
