Some people on this BB may not realize that gold is already trading close to its all-time high of 2,074. The time to have been in gold was from 2000 to 2010. Here's a history lesson. I think the more rational way to play a gold company building its first mine is to assume gold stays at around 2K per ounce and decide whether or not you believe it will get to first pour on time and on budget

You don't need to believe in Matt....believe in the math.  The project will be finished, it will pour 200k ounces per year, those ounces will cost about $1000 per ounce and it will be a cash cow,  If you read Taylor Darts analysis he assumes 500 million total shares so even if the last remaining financing was all equity....it won't be....his math still adds up to a triple from

It's trading at 20% of NAV right now!  That's ridiculous for a tier 1 fully permitted, half constructed high grade open pit...with gold near all time highs no less!   Anyone selling now is doing so out of impatience not rational analysis.  At some point it will rip and if all goes well it's going to be a 5x bagger minimum
