Obviously this has been ongoing for some time.

While disappointing, I think it is a waste of time to appeal. It knocks close to a buck off book, but the stock remains priced well under anyhow. They have zero issues coming up with the cash. I liked "It takes forever to build a position," I would agree with you and that what keeps me away from this company. Very tempting but it sounds like work.
