despite the Fitch debt downgrade, apparently Mr Sahi feels the debs are a good value and he bot some..they retired 2k shares in June from market buys ... it will take patience as they work things but a great value in r/e in strong markets to me.  Bea

The debs will mature in 2 years and will yield around 6% / year in this timeframe?
