FCA lawsuit against Martinrea

Any body have any more information on the lawsuit that FCA filed against Martinrea, due to breach of contract to supply engine blocks? FCA (now Stellantis) said it could cost them $100 million US dollars.

Note 25 in the current Audit discusses the issue and MRE has various legal opinions that would have been thoroughly read by KPMG and their lawyers and all have concluded there were not enough merits in the FCA arguments to warrant any $ accrual at all.
