I am shocked! Seriously. They just reported a 46% payout ratio. So basically they are driving the payout ratio down to 23%. That is unheard of. The quarter actually was quite good. They reported 30c FFO, Scotia estimated 23c. Collections over 92%, vs Q3 at about 86%. Am I missing something, or is this just Sahi making a pretty blatant effort to drive the price down so he can keep buying the

unfortunately, I think MRC will continue the DRIP and steal MRT from dividend investors. I will continue adding MRC, and MRT if it goes below 5.

You nailed it imo. Thank god I liquidated so much. Maybe a new low as many hold this for the distributions. Pretty pathetic that they would slaughter the dividend like that when they are doing better then they were at the onset
