PLZ better than MRT

Single tenant multiple outdoor properties REIT like PLZ is better to navigate the Covid era than highly concentrated big enclosed malls REIT like MRT. See STOR in NYSE. Another one like PLZ owned by Warren Buffer, it has fully recovered. I dumped most of my MRT for PLZ.

Interestingly, Mprguard Corporation owns lots of shares of PLZ as well. Infact MRC is the largest shareholder of PLZ.
