Hi, I'm new to Morguard too, and I agree with your analysis. Many people do miss a lot gathering together in restaurants and malls. Online shopping will of course survive, but for many people, it will never be as satisfying as going in person somewhere to buy something. We know that some significant % of the population had money issues because of Covid, but there is an even greater % that weren't hit, on the contrary. They'll be hungry to go back to "real life", which means in our societies SPENDING. So this is why I bought 300 sh for now, in a long term philosophy.
