Wondering about Wonderland Corners

Has anyone been able to suss out how the Wonderland Corners IFRS value prior to its $14.5M sale?

I know it is was a geographic outlier, but I would still like to know.  If it fetched close to IFRS I would be pleased. 

I don't know why some real estate companies play this silly game of hiding this information or keeping it secret.

According to the audited f/s, the IFRS values were reduced by the disposition of Wonderland for the same amount as proceeds - $14.5 million (Note 3). So prior to Q4, fair value was adjusted to anticipate the sale. As the special distribution was mostly done to cover taxes related to this sale I would assume the tax value (original cost) was roughly $8.1 million given the special dist. totalled $6 ...more
